Our Mission
Northwest Hills Prevention Connection (NHPC) brings community members together to prevent youth substance use and promote mental wellness across the Northwest Hills of Connecticut. We build connections, share trusted information, and support families with resources that help youth thrive.
Using a public health framework and community-driven strategies, NHPC focuses on awareness, early intervention, and building protective factors that reduce risk before harm occurs.
